摘　　要：机械加工废水含有大量的油类等有机物,COD极高、成分复杂、可生化性差,且具有一定的毒性。工程采用隔油-气浮-超声波破乳-陶瓷膜-Fenton氧化-活性炭过滤的组合工艺来处理机械加工废水。工程实践运行表明,该处理工艺具有针对性、能够间歇运行、处理效果好、维护管理简单、适应性强等特点,出水水质达到污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)二级排放标准。Mechanical processing wastewater contains a large amount ofoil and other organic substances, and has high COD, complex composition, poor biodegradability and a certain degree of toxicity.The project adopted oil removal - air floatation - ultrasonic demulsification - ceramic inembrane -Fenton oxidation -activated carbon filtration combined process to treat the wastewater of machining.The practical operation showed that the treatment process was targeted, could intermittent operation, treatment effect was good, maintenance management was simple, adaptable, and the effluent quality reached secondary discharge standard of＂integrated wastewater discharge standard＂ （GB8978-1996）.
