摘 要:随着模块化多电平换流器的发展,提高模块化多电平换流器(MMC)的容量及电压等级成为研究热点。通过建立绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)串联模块化下的MMC换流器模型,考察载波移相调制策略下换流器的输出电压畸变情况,以及在开关频率处的电磁噪声幅值。提出一种随机零序分量注入脉宽调制(PWM)方式,并基于随机过程原理,对比不同随机PWM下开关函数的功率谱密度,并从理论和仿真两个方面研究随机PWM对MMC换流器的降噪效果。仿真结果表明,提出的随机PWM方式简单有效,能明显降低大容量高电压的MMC换流器的噪声。With the development of modular multilevel converter (MMC), improving the capacity and voltage level has become a research hotspot. In this paper, by establishing the MMC model based on insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) series modular, the voltage harmonic distortion with carrier phase shift modulation strategy is studied along with the electromagnetic noise interference at switching frequency. The random zero sequence component modulation (RZCM) mode is proposed and, based on the principle of random process, the power spectral densities in different random pulse width modulation (PWM) modes are compared. Then, the noise reduction of random PWM for MMC is treated based on theory and simulation. Simulation results show that the proposed method can appreciably reduce the noise of MMC with large capacity and high voltage.
