摘　　要：目的了解安徽省安庆地区性传播疾病(STDs)分布情况及发展趋势,为本地区性传播疾病防治提供参考依据。方法对2014年1月-2016年10月本科STD门诊经临床或实验室检查确诊的性传播疾病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 195例性病患者中,HIV感染率为7.18%,梅毒感染率为64.10%,其中36.00%为潜伏梅毒、8.80%为妊娠梅毒,淋病感染率为7.18%,尖锐湿疣感染率为9.74%,生殖道沙眼衣原体感染率为9.23%,生殖器疱疹感染率为2.56%;男女之比为0.73∶1;17~30岁年龄段占40.51%;各文化层次、各行各业均有分布,高中及以下文化程度者占68.21%;务工、务农、自由职业、无业者占80.51%;月收入2 000元以下者占77.44%;已婚者占57.44%。结论近三年来,梅毒与艾滋病患者有逐年增加趋势且病情隐匿;发病率女性略高于男性;青中年、低文化程度、低经济收入群体是STD高发人群;同时应关注老年人群体。Objective To understand the sexually transmitted diseases （STDs） distribution and development trend in Anqing City, Anhui Province, for the region and to provide the reference for the prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases. Methods The clinical or laboratory confirmed bachelor STD clinic of venere- al disease in patients with relevant data for analysis. Results Of the 195 patients with sexually transmitted diseases, HIV infection rate was 7. 18%. Syphilis infection rate was 64. 10% , latent syphilis infection rate was 36.00% , 8.80% for syphilis in pregnancy. Gonorrhea infection rate was 7.18%. Condyloma acumina- turn infection rate was 9.74%. Genital tract chlamydia trachomatis infection rate was 9. 23%. Genital her- pes infection rate was 2.56%. Men and women ratio was 0. 73： 1. The 40. 51% of patients were 17 to 30 years old, The 68.21% of patients had education level of high school or lower, Migrant workers, farming, freelance, unemployed accounted for 80. 51%. People monthly income of 2 000 yuan accounted for 77.44%. Married people accounted for 57.44%. Conclusion In recent three years, syphilis and HIV/AIDS patients have increased year by year and the illness hidden. Incidence of female is slightly higher than the male. Young adult, low educational level and low-income populations are STD high-risk groups. At the same time we should pay attention to the elderly group.
