摘　　要：窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)对某些皮肤病治疗有效,但目前治疗的机制尚不明确。研究表明NB-UVB能有效减少免疫细胞的数量,抑制细胞因子的产生,达到治疗某些皮肤病的效果。本文对NB-UVB治疗常见皮肤病中影响免疫细胞和细胞因子表达的功能进行综述。Narrow band ultraviolet B （NB-UVB） is one of effective ways for therapy of skin diseases, but its mechanism is unknown. Most studies have shown that NB-UVB is able to decrease the numbers of immune cells, as well as the production of cytokines,leading to an effective clinical therapy. Here, we summarized the studies of NB-UVB on the immune ceils and the production of cytokines in the treatment of skin diseases.
