摘 要:TXNDC5基因编码的蛋白质属于蛋白质二硫键异构酶家族,可催化二硫键的重排,并且作为分子伴侣减少异常蛋白质的合成。它具有抗氧化、抑制细胞凋亡、促进血管形成、参与细胞炎症、能量代谢等多种生物功能。研究表明,TXNDC5在宫颈癌、胃癌和结直肠癌等多种肿瘤中高表达,同时也与类风湿关节炎、糖尿病、肝脂肪变性、白癜风等疾病密切相关。本文主要就TXNDC5的生化作用、与疾病的关系及其作用机制的研究进展进行综述。The protein encoded by TXNDC5 is a member the protein disulfide isomerase family, which has disulfide isomerase activity and can act as the molecular chaperone to reduce the synthesis oF abnormal proteins. Its biological functions include anti-oxidation, promoting angiogenesis, taking part in cellular inflammation, and energy metabolism, etc. Studies have demonstrated that the expression of TXNDC5 is increased in many types of tumors including cervical carcinoma, gastric carcinoma and colorectal cancer. Moreover, TXNDC5 is also closely associated with rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, hepatic steatosis and vitiligo. This paper aims to summarize the latest progress in research on TXNDC5 in terms of biochemical function, relationship with diseases and the underlying mechanism.
