丝绸之路经济带节点城市产业结构及竞争力水平——以甘肃省兰州市为例

摘　　要：推进"一带一路"建设已上升为国家战略,丝绸之路经济带上的节点城市是实现国家意志的重要支撑。通过运用Esteban-Marquillas拓展模型,在对2008—2013年丝绸之路经济带重要节点兰州市产业结构分行业做偏离份额分析的基础上就各行业发展情况进行聚类分析。结果显示:19个行业中仅7个行业5 a间增长速度高于甘肃省相应行业增速,其中,建筑业,信息传输、计算机服务和软件业与甘肃省相应行业增速的差值较大,分别为4.91和4.99;农林牧渔业,采矿业,制造业,交通、仓储和邮政业,批发零售业,金融业,居民服务和其他服务业,教育业,文化、体育和娱乐业,公共管理和社会组织等10个行业处于发展衰退期,产业结构亟需调整;行业总体可分为3类或是4类,分类结果符合兰州经济发展实际。未来兰州推进丝绸之路经济带建设需要重点开展3项工作,推进产业结构调整、实施承接产业转移、加强第三产业发展。To construct ＂OBOR＂ has become as a national strategy, the nodal cities along the Silk Road Econom- ic Belt are the important supports to realize the will of the state. analysis and empirical analysis were used to carry out a cluster ness level in Lanzhou during the period of 2008 -2013. Result than the provincial averages only in 7 industries among the 19 differences of construction industry ＆ information transmission In this study, the Esteban-Marquillas model, cluster analysis on the industrial structure and competitive- showed that the growth rates in Lanzhou were higher industries in Gansu Province in recent 5 years. The and computer services ＆ software were higher than the corresponding growth rates of Gansu Province, and they were 4.91 and 4.99 respectively. The industries inclu- ding agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry ＆ fishery, mining, manufacturing, transportation, storage ＆ mail busi- ness, wholesale ＆ retail trades, financial services, neighborhood services, education, culture, sports ＆ entertainment, public management ＆ social organization were in recession, so it is urgent to adjust the industry structure. The in- dustries could be divided into three or four types, and the classified results accorded with the actual development. In advancing the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt, three kinds of work should be focused in the future, they are to adjust the industry structure, undertake industry transfer, and strenzthen the tertiary industrv.
