摘 要:目的探索哈尔滨市中青年男性职业人群空腹血糖(FPG)与高尿酸血症的关系。方法对1 477名年龄20~59岁的哈尔滨市某国企男性人群进行体检,测量FPG、血尿酸。采用Spearman分析评价年龄、FPG与血尿酸水平相关性。结果高尿酸血症患病率为28.4%。在全部男性体检人群中,血尿酸300μmol/L~<420μmol/L组所占比例最高(57.6%)。年龄30岁~44岁及FPG 5.3mmol/L~<7.0mmol/L,高尿酸血症患病率较高。FPG与血尿酸水平、高尿酸血症患病率的关系大致呈倒U型。在FPG 5.6mmol/L~<6.1mmol/L范围血尿酸达到最高水平,在FPG 6.1mmol/L~<7.0mmol/L范围达到高尿酸血症患病率最高点。结论哈尔滨市中青年男性职业人群FPG与高尿酸血症大致呈倒U型关系。Objective To explore the association of fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and hyperuricemia among young and middle - aged occupational men in Harbin. Methods 1 477 men aged 20 - 59 years in a state - owned enterprise of Harbin underwent a health examination, and FPG and serum uric acid (SUA) were measured. Spearman analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between age, FPG and SUA level. Results The prevalence of hyperuricemia was 28.4%. The proportion of men with SUA 300μmol/L- 〈420μmol/L was the highest. The prevalence of hyperuricemia was higher among men aged 30 -44 years as well as with FPG 5.3mmol/L - 〈 7. Ommol/L. There was an invert u - shaped curve relationship between FPG and SUA and the prevalence of hyperuricemia, respectively. The concentration of SUA was the highest when FPG was at the level of 5.6mmol/L - 〈 6.1 mmol/L. The prevalence of hyperurieemia reached the top point with FPG of 6.1 mmol/L - 〈 7.0mmol/L. Conclusion There is an invert u - shaped curve relationship between FPG and hyperuricemia among young and middle - aged occupational men in Harbin.
