摘 要:目的分析深圳市坪山区居民对社区卫生服务的满意度状况及其影响因素,为完善社区卫生服务,提升居民满意度提供参考。方法采用翻译修订的中文版PSQ-18量表对随机抽取的578名在坪山区社区健康服务中心接受过基本医疗或基本公共卫生服务的户籍居民进行入户满意度调查。利用SPSS21.0对调查结果进行统计描述,采用多因素Logistic回归分析满意度的影响因素。结果 (1)居民对社区卫生服务的满意度总得分为59.7分,各维度满意率(4分及以上)最高为医患沟通水平(61.3%),最低为服务的可及性(37.9%)。(2)多因素Logistic回归分析表明,卫生服务需求是总体满意度(P<0.001),医生人际交流能力(P=0.005),医患沟通水平(P=0.006)的显著性影响因素。结论与全国其它地区相比,坪山区居民对社区健康服务中心的满意度不高,卫生服务需求是影响居民满意度的主要因素,其他影响因素有受教育程度、家庭月收入等。在服务的可及性、技术服务质量和设施环境方面有较大的改进空间。Objective To analyze the residents' satisfaction of community health service in Pingshan District of Shenzhen City and its influencing factors, so as to provide the reference for perfecting the community health services and improving residents' satisfaction. Methods This paper adopted the translated and revised Chinese version PSQ - 18 scale to carry out a household satisfaction survey of a random sample of 578 registered residents in Pingshan District having received basic medical or public health services in the community health service center. SPSS 21.0 software was used to statistically describe the data, and muhivariable Logistic regression was made use of to analyze the influencing factors of satisfaction. Results ( 1 ) The aggregate score of residents' satisfaction with community health service was 59.7. Of all dimensions' satisfaction rate (4 points or more) ,doctor- patient communication (61.3%) was the highest, and the accessibility of services (37.9%) was the lowest. (2) Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that the health service demand was the significant influencing factor of the overall satisfaction ( P 〈 0. 001 ), the doctor' s interpersonal communication ability ( P = 0. 005 ), doctor - patient communication (P = 0. 006). Conclusion Compared with other areas of the whole country, Pingshan District residents' overall satisfaction of community health service center is ordinary, and health service demand is the main factor influencing the residents' satisfaction, and other factors include the level of education, family income and so on. The accessibility of services, the quality of technical services and the facilities environment have great room for improvement.
