童年创伤经历对精神分裂症患者自尊水平的影响:社会支持的中介作用

摘　　要：目的探索社会支持在精神分裂症患者童年创伤性经历与自尊之间的中介作用。方法采用儿童期虐待问卷(CTQ)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、自尊量表(SES)对精神病专科医院的232名精神分裂症病人进行调查,回收有效问卷207份。采用SPSS 19.0、AMOS 22.0对数据进行分析。结果儿童期虐待问卷总分及各维度与社会支持总分及各维度、自尊总分之间存在负相关(P<0.01),社会支持总分及各维度、自尊总分之间存在正相关(P<0.01)。中介效应模型拟合度优良。结论精神分裂症患者社会支持在童年创伤和自尊之间起完全中介效应的作用。Objective To explore the mediating effect of social support on the relationship between childhood trauma and self - esteem in schizophrenia patients. Methods 232 schizophrenia patients from a psychiatric hospital were investigated with CTQ （Childhood Trauma Questionnaire）, PSSS （Perceived Social Support Scale） and SES（ Self- esteem Scale）. A total of 207 valid questionnaires were collected. Correlation and mediating effect were analyzed by SPSS19.0 and AMOS22.0. Results There were negative correlations between the total score of CTQ,the scores of every childhood trauma factor and social support score and the scores of 3 support factors or self - esteem score （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was a positive correlation between social support score and the scores of 3 support factors or self - esteem score （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The goodness - of - fit of the model of mediating effect was perfect. Conclusion Social support plays an important role to mediate the effect of childhood traumatic experiences on self- esteem in schizophrenia patients.
