摘　　要：血液系统是干燥综合征常易受累的腺体外靶器官之一,其表现多种多样,包括血细胞减少、高丙种球蛋白血症以及单克隆免疫球蛋白血症、冷球蛋白血症和淋巴瘤等。其临床表现、实验室检查、治疗方式和预后也有很大差别。此外,本病以外的其他病因也可累及血液系统出现类似表现。因此,对此类患者应进行个体化的评估和判断,给予个体化的治疗。The hematologic system is commonly involved in Sjogren＇s syndrome with various manifestations, which include cytopenias, hypergammaglobulinemia, monoclonal gammopathies, cryoglobulinemia, and lymphoma. The clinical manifestations, laboratory findings, treatment strategies and prognoses differ a lot. Some other comorbidities and complications may lead to similar manifestations. Individualized evaluation and management are always recommended.
