摘　　要：目的:观察浮针疗法治疗踝关节创伤性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:65例采用浮针疗法治疗,每日治疗1次,治疗5次为一疗程。结果:1个疗程后疼痛程度、肿胀及活动度评分均比治疗前有明显升高(P<0.05)。治愈率77.6%,总有效率97.3%。结论:浮针疗法治疗踝关节创伤性关节炎的疗效显著,且不良反应少。Objective： To observe the curative effect of floating needle therapy on traumatic arthritis of ankle joint. Method： 65 cases with traumatic arthritis were treated with floating needle therapy, once a day, 5 times as a course of treatment. Result ： After one course of treatment, the score of pain degree, swelling and activity degree was significantly higher than that before treatment （P〈0.05） .The curative rate was 77.6% and the total effective rate was 97.3%.Conclusion： The effect of floating needle therapy on the treatment of traumatic arthritis of ankle joint is remarkable, with less adverse effective.
