摘　　要：本文以《高等学校商务英语专业本科教学质量国家标准》2为依据,对全国商务英语专业四级考试的理论构念、考试要素组成、考试规范进行解读,涉及专用语言测试理论、考试目的、考试性质与范围、考试对象、考试形式、题型结构、考试要求、考试管理、成绩发布等方面,以期帮助全国参考院校和考生正确理解考试要求,促进商务英语专业教学质量和人才培养质量的不断提高。Based on The National Criterion of Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Business English Program, the paper describes the theoretical construct, components and specifications of the National Test for Business English Majors Band 4. It discusses the LSP testing theory, objective, nature and scope, testing form, item structure, requirements and management as well as score reporting in the hope to help the universities and students better understand the requirements and promote the steady improvement of the business English teaching and learning quality.
