摘　　要：从实践视角出发,构建一个以共识行动为核心概念的分析框架。金砖国家在合作实践中,通过不断凝聚共识,采取共识行动,从而为金砖国家的可持续合作提供不竭动力。The domestic and foreign literature on the impetus of the BRICS cooperation has achieved some valuable analyses from the perspectives of nationalism,structuralism,global governance and new functionism. However,the practical and dynamic analysis of the BRICS cooperation is not enough. This research tries to establish a analytical framework with the core of consensus action,and points out that building consensus and taking consensus action in practice provide the impetus for the sustainable BRICS cooperation.
