摘　　要：基本公共卫生经费是政府为购买基本公共卫生服务而筹集的专项补助经费,但目前经费管理存在诸多问题,经费使用效率不高。为提高基本公共卫生经费使用效率,改善基本公共卫生服务系统绩效,充分发挥基本公共卫生资金的民生效益,课题组尝试借鉴RBRVS模型测量基本公共卫生服务项目工作量,用来指导基本公共卫生服务项目资金的使用和分配。The basic public health service fund was the special subsidies for purchase of national basic＇ public heahh service. However, there were a plenty of problems in the management funds, especially the inefficiency of funds use. To measure the workload of basic public health service by adopting the RBRVS model, for guiding funds use and allocation, so that improving the funds servic, e efficiency, enhancing the performance of basic public health service system and exerting the effectiveness of funds use in basic public health service.
