“慢城”理念引导下历史街区慢社区营造策略探析——以厦门集美学村为例

摘　　要：本文结合厦门集美学村历史街区社区营造与实施,探索在"慢城"理念导引下慢社区的空间构成关系,并指出"慢城"模式对中国现代社会价值观的冲击与影响、与传统邻里社区的差异以及对历史街区中社区营造的适应性特征。试图依托学村独有的资源要素,从空间契合发展、混合用地布局、绿色慢行交通、特色社区文化与活力公共空间视角,提出针对性营造策略,期冀为构建极具地域特色的历史街区慢社区提供新的思路。In light of Xiamen JimeiSchool Village Historic District Community Construction and its execution, this paper in tends to explore spatial composition of slow communities under the guidance of the ＂slow city＂ concept, and points out the ＂slow city＂ mode of Chinese values of modern society, and the impact and influence of traditional neighborhood differences, and to the historic district community building adaptive characteristics.Relying on the school village＇s resources it tries to combine with the fitting development space, mixed land layout,green slow traffic, characteristic of community culture and dynamic public space, and puts forward the strategies for creating, hoping to provide a new idea for constructing regional unique historic district slow community.
