历史街区建筑美化工程效果的比较研究——以长沙市为例

摘　　要：建筑美化工程是我国城市历史街区常常采取的改造形式之一。本文以长沙市为例,对历史街区建筑美化工程竣工时与竣工十年后效果进行了对比分析,对建筑美化工程与同时期施工的整体改造工程进行了比较研究,指出建筑美化工程造价较低,施工时间短,宏观效果好,具有较好的短期效益,但容易老化和损坏,不利于历史街区的长远保护。Architectural beautification project is one of the transformation forms which often taken by cities in China. This paper tool（ the Changsha City as the example, made a contrastive analysis between completed effect and ten year after completed effect of the architectural beautification project, processed a comparative study between the architectural beautification project and the overall transformation project during the same period. On that base, this paper indicated that the architectural beautification project has lower cost, shorter construction time, good macroscopic effect and good short term benefits. But it is easy to aging and damaging, which does not conducive to long term protection of historical distinct.
