口腔溃疡膏中苯扎氯铵的质量标准研究

摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法同时检测口腔溃疡膏中3种苯扎氯铵同系物的方法。色谱柱:CN柱(250mm 4.6mm,5 m);流动相:乙腈-0.1mol/L醋酸铵缓冲溶液(45∶55,v/v);流速:1.0m L/min;检测波长:214nm;柱温:25℃;进样量:20 L。该方法对苯扎氯铵的检出浓度为130 g/g,最低定量浓度为435 g/g,苯扎氯铵在5 g/m L^200 g/m L浓度范围内线性关系良好。该方法快速、准确,能够同时测定口腔溃疡膏中3种苯扎氯铵同系物。An analytical method based on high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）has been established for the simultaneous determination of 3 benzalkonium chloridehomologs in mucosa disinfectants.The HPLC separation was carried out on a CN（250 mm×4.6mm, 5μm）column, the mobile phase were acetonitrile -0.1%ammonium acetate buffer solution（45 ： 55, v/v ）, the flow rate was 1.0mL/min, the detection wavelength was 214 nm, the column temperature was 25℃, and the injection volume was 20μL.The limit of detection was 1301ag/g and the quantitation limit was 435pg/g for benzalkonium chloride.The linear range of benzalkonium chloride was 5μg/mL-200μg/mL. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the determination of 3 benzalkonium chloride homologs in Oral ulcer paste.
