通淋汤对尿毒症患者血管钙化因子BMP-2,OPG表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探究通淋汤对尿毒症患者血管钙化因子骨形态发生蛋白-2(BMP-2)和骨保护蛋白(OPG)表达的影响。方法将80例尿毒症患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予血液透析等常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予通淋汤口服治疗,观察2组治疗效果、用药安全性及治疗前后血清BMP-2、OPG水平及营养指标变化。结果治疗组显效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清BMP-2、OPG水平均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组水平显著低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组前白蛋白、白蛋白、转铁蛋白、总胆固醇及血红蛋白水平均显著升高(P均<0.05),且观察组上述指标水平均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组均未发现明显不良反应。结论通淋汤治疗尿毒症患者有利于抑制血管钙化因子BMP-2、OPG表达,改善患者营养不良状况,且安全性好,值得推广应用。Objective It is to investigate the influence of Tong]in decoction on expressions of vascular calcification factor of bone morphogenetic protein-2 （BMP-2） and osteoprotegerin （OPG） in patients with uremia. Methods Eighty cases of patients with uremia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with forty eases in each. The patients in the con- trol group were given hemodialysis and other conventional treatment, while in the observation group were given Tonglin decoc- tion oral therapy based on the control group. The therapeutic effect, medication safety, and the changes of serum BMP-2 and OPG levels and nutritional indicators before and after treatment in the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 O. 05）. After treatment, the levels of serum BMP-2, OPG in the two groups were significantly decreased than before （ all P 〈 0.05） , and those indicators of the observa- tion group were significantly lower than the control group （ all P 〈 0.05） ; the levels of pre albumin, albumin, transferrin, to- tal cholesterol and hemoglobin in the two groups were significantly increased than before （ all P 〈 0.05 ） , and those indicators of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group （ all P 〈 0.05）. There were no obvious adverse reac- tions in the two groups. Conclusion Tonglin decoction in the treatment of patients with uremia is beneficial to inhibit vascular calcification factor expressions of BMP-2, OPG, and improve the nutritional status of patients, with safety, which is worthy of promotion and application.
