摘　　要：知识产权保护制度对区域创新具有重要推动作用。文章以南通市为例,从知识产权保护意识、运用能力和保护水平3个方面分析知识产权保护促进区域创新发展现状及存在的问题,并结合南通创新型城市建设和知识产权强市建设要求,提出推动区域创新的知识产权保护对策建议。Intellectual property protection system has an important role in promoting regional innovation. This paper analyses the current situation and problems of intellectual property protection in Nantong city from three aspects of protection consciousness, application ability and protection level. Combined with the requirements of construction of innovation-oriented city and development of intellectual property in Nantong, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the protection of intellectual property.
