和谐高校视野下大学生非正式组织探析

摘　　要：高校校园中存在着不同层次和类型的非正式组织,其对和谐高校的建设既有积极影响又有消极影响。文章提出只有通过全面了解非正式组织,才能更好地为大学生的成长成才服务,进而有效建设和谐高校。There are some informal organizations of different levels and types in university campus, which have both positive and negative effects on the construction of harmonious university. This paper puts forward that only through a comprehensive understanding of the informal organization can better service for colleges students be provided and further construct a harmonious university.
