全方位心理护理干预对ERCP术患者焦虑情绪和护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨全方位心理护理干预对经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术(ERCP)患者焦虑情绪和护理满意度的影响。方法选取2014年5月~2016年5月期间我院确诊治疗的ERCP术患者80例,依据随机数表法随机分为全心理组和常规组,每组40例,常规组患者给予常规护理干预,全心理组患者在此基础上给予全方位心理护理干预,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估焦虑状态,采用自制《ERCP术患者满意度问卷》评估护理满意度,统计分析所有患者干预前、术前1d、术后1d、出院前1d的焦虑情绪和护理满意度情况。结果全心理组患者术前1d、术后1d、出院前1d的SAS得分明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);全心理组患者护理满意率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全方位心理护理干预可有效减少ERCP术患者围术期焦虑情绪的产生,有利于提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床作进一步推广。Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on anxiety and nursing satisfaction of patients with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography（ERCP）. Methods 80 patients with ERCP who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and they were divided to the all psychological group and the routine group with 40 in each according to the random number table. Patients in the routine group were given routine nursing intervention while those in the all psychological group were given comprehensive psychological nursing intervention. Self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） were used to evaluate anxiety state and self-made questionnaire of satisfaction of ERCP patients were used to assess nursing satisfaction. Anxiety and nursing satisfaction before intervention, 1 day before operation, 1 day after operation and 1 day before discharge of all patients were statistically analyzed. Results SAS scores of 1 day before operation, 1 day after operation and 1 day before discharge of the all psychological group were significantly lower than those of the routine group and the difference were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the all psychological group of patients was significantly higher than that of the routine group and there was statistically significant difference（P ~ 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive psychological nursing intervention can effectively reduce anxiety of ERCP patients during perioperative period and it is helpful to improve nursing satisfaction of patient, worthy of further clinical promotion.
