优质护理对糖尿病肾病患者血液透析的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析优质护理对糖尿病肾病患者血液透析的临床效果的影响。方法将我院从2014年3月~2016年2月共收糖尿病肾病患者140例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,对照组给予患者进行常规护理治疗;实验组在对照组的基础上进行优质护理。对比两组患者护理之后的负面情绪状况。结果入院时,对照组患者焦虑标准分为(54.38±4.62)分,抑郁标准分为(55.48±5.30)分,干预2个月后,焦虑标准分为(49.95±4.27)分,抑郁标准分为(50.45±4.39)分。实验组患者焦虑标准分为(54.30±4.45)分,抑郁标准分为(55.33±5.17)分,干预2个月后,焦虑标准分为(46.29±2.23)分,抑郁标准分为(47.32±4.26)分,实验组低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。经过治疗后,对照组病患护理合格率为82.86%,对护理满意程度为84.86%;实验组病患护理合格率为97.14%,对护理满意程度为97.14%。对照组低于实验组,两者具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可以显著改善病患的病情,提高治疗糖尿病肾病血液透析的临床效果以及改善病患的日常生活质量,应用价值极高,值得在临床中推广。Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 140 cases of diabetic nephropathy cured in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to random digital table method. Patients in control group wer treated with routine nursing, and patients in experimental group were treated with high quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Negative emotional state after nursing of the two groups were compared. Results On admission, the anxiety score of the control group was （54.38 ±4.62）, criteria score of depression was （55.48 ± 5.30）. After 2 months of intervention, anxiety criteria score was （49.95 ± 4.27）, and criteria score of depression was （50.45 ± 4.39）. The standard of anxiety in the experimental group was （54.30 ± 4.45）, and criteria score of depression was （55.33 ±5.17）. After 2 months of intervention, anxiety criteria score was （46.29 ±2.23）, and criteria score of depression was （47.32 ± 4.26）. The experimental group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the control group of patients with nursing pass rate was 82.86%, the degree of satisfaction for nursing was 84.86%, the experimental group of patients with nursing pass rate of 97.14%, the satisfaction degree of nursing was 97.14%. The control group was lower than the experimental group, the difference between them （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion High quality care can significantly improve the patient＇ s condition, improve the clinical effect of hemodialysis in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, and improve the quality of life of patients. It has high application value, and it is worthy of promotion in clinical.
