摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对儿童弱视的疗效影响。方法回顾性分析我院眼科门诊在2015年2月~2016年1月收治的200例弱视患儿临床资料,根据患儿护理方法不同,将其分为观察组与对照组两组。观察组116例采用综合护理干预,对照组84例给予常规护理。比较两组患儿干预后临床疗效及满意度。结果对两组患儿的疗效进行比较,观察组总有效率为90.52%,明显高于对照组(66.67%),差异显著,具有统计学意义(χ~2=8.426,P<0.05)。比较两组患儿家长对护理干预的满意度,观察组总满意度为97.41%,明显高于对照组(85.71%),差异显著,具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.518,P<0.05)。结论采用综合的治疗与护理,弱视患儿视力提高明显,疗效显著。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on children amblyopia. Methods The clinical data of 200 children with amblyopia treated in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the different nursing methods, the children were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group of 116 cases were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention, and the control group （n=84） was given routine nursing care. The clinical efficacy and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.52%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （66.67%）, and the difference was statistically significant （χ2=8.426, P 〈 0.05 ）. The total satisfaction of the observation group was 97.41%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （85.71%）, and the difference was statistically significant （χ2=4.518, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment and nursing can significantly improve the visual acuity of amblyopic children.
