摘  要:采用湿法球磨制备超细的粉煤灰提铝残渣粉体,将粉体改性后添加到天然橡胶中制备复合材料,研究了改性粉体对橡胶复合材料硫化工艺及力学性能的影响。结果表明:KH550的改性的粉煤灰提铝残渣填充橡胶复合材料性能最好。The uhrafine fly ash residue after extracting aluminum was prepared by the hydro-ball-milling technique, and then the powder that modified was added to the natural rubber to prepare the composite. The effect of the modified powder on the vulcanization process and mechanical properties of the composites was investigated. The results indicated that when fly ash residue after Extracting Aluminum was modified with KH550, the filling rubber composite has the best properties.
