摘　　要：介绍了我国建设工程造价的发展历程、定额计价的基本方法、工程量清单计价的基本方法,特别说明了招投标阶段、施工阶段的定额计价与工程量清单计价的不同之处,指出了工程量清单计价的优点。This article introduces the development of construction project cost, the basic method of quota valuation and the basic ways of the quantities bill valuation, especially illustrates the difference between the quota valuation and quantities bill valuation in the bidding stage and construction stage and points out the advantages of the quantities bill valuation.
