摘　　要：目的:探讨精准血糖管理对骨折合并糖尿病患者血糖、住院时间及满意度的影响。方法:选取2016年7~12月我省某三级甲等医院住院的骨折合并糖尿病患者86例为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用医院常规血糖管理;试验组在常规基础上采用精准化血糖管理。观察两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、住院患者满意度。结果:干预后试验组患者空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖明显低于对照组,平均住院时间低于对照组,住院患者满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精准血糖管理能有效降低骨折合并糖尿病患者血糖水平,确保患者手术安全,缩短患者住院时间,提高住院患者满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective ： To discuss the influence of precise blood glucose management on blood glucose, length of stay and satisfaction of patients with bone fracture combined with diabetics. Methods：Selected 86 patients with bone fracture combined with diabetics hospitalized in a 3A hospital in our province from July to December 2016 as the research objects, and they were equally divided into control group and test group at random, where patients in the control group received hospital routine blood glucose management, and patients in the test group received precise blood glucose management on the basis of the rou- tine management. Patients in the two groups were compared in fasting blood glucose, blood glucose 2 h after meal and hospitalized patients＇satisfaction. Re- suits ： After intervention, the fasting blood glucose and blood glucose 2 h after meal of patients in the test group were significantly lower than those of patients in the control group, the average length of stay of patients in the test group was lower than that of patients in the control group, and the satisfaction of pa- tients in the test group was higher＂ than that of patients in the control group, and the difference of the two groups was statistically significant through compari- son （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Precise blood glucose management could effectively reduce the blood glucose level of patients with bone fracture combined with diabetics, ensure the patients＇ operation safety, shorten the patients＇ length of stay and improve the hospitalized patients＇ satisfaction, and was worth pro- moting and applying clinically.
