视频音乐播放背景下语言诱导对剖宫产产妇应激反应与疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察视频音乐播放背景下语言诱导对剖宫产孕妇应激反应及疼痛的影响。方法:选取2013年2月~2014年3月于我院行剖宫产术孕妇100例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其等分为试验组和对照组,试验组产妇采用视频音乐播放背景下语言诱导护理,对照组产妇给予常规护理,分别在进入手术室时(T1)、开始手术时(T2)、新生儿取出时(T3)、缝合腹部时(T4)和手术结束时(T5)检测两组产妇舒张压、收缩压、心率(HR)、SAS评分及两组产妇麻醉配合度,同时比较术后72 h内疼痛VAS评分和GCQ量表各维度评分。结果:试验组产妇在T2,T3,T4,T5各时间点舒张压、收缩压、HR和SAS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组产妇术后72 h内疼痛VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产妇术后72 h内各时间点GCQ量表总分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:视频音乐播放背景下进行语言诱导,能够降低剖宫产孕妇应激反应,减轻产妇焦虑紧张等不良情绪,达到缓解疼痛的作用。Objective ： To observe the influence of language induction under the background of video music playing on the stress reaction and pain of pregnant women receiving cesarean delivery. Methods：Selected 100 pregnant women receiving cesarean delivery in our hospital from February 2013 to March 2014 as the research objects, and they were equally divided into test group and control group according to the random number table method, where nursing of lan- gnage induction under the background of video music playing was used for the lying - in women in the test group, and conventional nursing was given to the lying - in women in the control group ; the diastolic pressures, systolic pressures, heat rates （ HR）, SAS scores and anesthesia cooperation degrees of lying - in women in the two groups were detected respectively at the time of entering operation room （ T1 ）, at the beginning of operation （ T2）, when the newborns were extracted （ T3 ） , at the time of abdomen suturing （ T4 ） and at the end of operation （ T5 ） , and meanwhile, a comparison was made on the pain VAS scores and scores of each dimension of GCQ scale within 72 h after operation. Results：The diastolic pressures, systolic pressures, HR and SAS scores of lying in women in the test group at T2, T3, T4 and 3＂5 were lower than those of lying - in women in the control group, and the difference was sta- tistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the pain VAS score of lying - in women in the test group within 72 h after operation was significantly lower than that of ly- ing - in women in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the total scores of GCQ scales of lying - in women in the test group 72 h after delivery were significantly higher than those of lying r in women in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Language induction under the background of video music playing could reduce the stress reaction of pregnant women
