改良后背心式约束衣的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良背心式约束衣在临床应用的效果。方法:选择2015年1~12月我院神经外科收治的神志不清躁动患者150例,随机等分为观察组与对照组,观察组使用改进后的背心式约束衣;对照组使用传统的约束胸肩部的约束带或约束单,观察两组患者约束带并发症发生率、约束的有效性及患者家属的接受情况。结果:观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者家属接受率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),约束有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良后的"背心式约束衣"秉承舒适、美观、安全、有效、人性化的原则,对于减少护理意外,提高护理水平具有非常重要的意义,并提高了使用的便利性,值得在临床上使用。Objective：To discuss the clinical application effect of improved vest type strait jacket. Methods：Selected 150 patients with obnubilation and dys- phoria admitted in neurosurgery department of our hospital from January to December 2015, and they were equally divided into observation group and control group at random, where patients in the observation group used the improved vest - type strait jacket, and patients in the control group used the traditional chest and Shoulder constrained restraint strap or restraint sheet ; patients in the two groups were observed in incidence rate of complications, effectiveness of constraining and acceptance of patients＇ family members. Results：The incidence rate of complications of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of patients m the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The family members＇ acceptance rate of patients in the observation group was significantly high- er than that of patients in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the constraining effectiveness of patients in the control group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Undertaking the principle of comfort, beauty, safety, effectiveness and humanization, the improved ＂vest type strait jacket＂ was very significant to reduce nursing accident and improve nursing degree, and improved the convenience for use, and was worth promoting clinically.
