摘　　要：分析了目前国内各级医院之间双向转诊相关业务流程的现状,比较了一些可靠性较高、组网成本低、网络接入形式普及的双向转诊信息系统的方案,并应用了VPN虚拟专网组网方法。研究人员的目的在于探索在各级别医疗服务机构之间使用多元化网络接入模式来有效传输双向转诊信息,促进分级诊疗工作的全面普及和落地实施。该文详细讲述了研究的思路和方法,并举例说明了实际应用的情况。实践证明,此方法安全稳定、易于管理、成本低廉,适用于推广实施双向转诊的地区信息系统建设。This article analyzes the domestic different level hospitals, Classification diagnosis and treatment, two-way referral, compares some high reliability, low cost, a and widespread referral network forms, and the application of VPN virtual private networking method at present. The purpose of the researchers is to explore the use of multi-level network forms between different levels of medical service providers to effectively transfer two-way referral information to promote this work. This paper describes the research ideas and methods, and illustrates the practical application of the situation. Practice has proved that this method is safe, stable, easy to manage, low cost, suitable for promoting the implementation of two-way referral information system construction.
