聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射术后20年发生严重脂肪液化一例

摘　　要：报告1例43岁女性,因20余年前注射聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶胸部填充剂后,突发躯干部大面积红肿、瘀斑伴剧烈疼痛。经CT及B超等影像学检查、清创术中及体液培养证实皮损部多发脂肪液化,软组织感染,组织病理可见注射剂及其与组织相互融合、穿凿孔道,为导致脂肪液化、软组织感染的重要原因。This case reports a 43-year-old female suffered from sudden swelling and ecchymosis with severe pain in several areas on her trunk who had accepted the injection of amazingel, a kind of chest filler, 20 years ago. The results of CT imaging, ultrasound examination and fluid culture through debridement confimed the fact that the rashes were formed by fat liquefaction and soft tissue infection. Histopathological examination showed visible injection filler, the fusion of filler and cells and the channels created by it, which was considered to be the important reason causing fat liquefaction and soft tissue infection.
