摘　　要：当前领导干部家风总体上是好的,但确实有不少领导干部家风出了问题,因家风不正、家教不严引发家族式腐败。从文化环境的视角看,封建主义的残余影响是重要诱因;从行为主体的视角看,思想蜕变是主要根源;从体制机制来看,监督考核机制缺失是激发因素。加强领导干部家风建设要做好宣传与教育,努力营造优良的文化环境;要求领导干部从自身做起,正己修身坚定理想信念;要对领导干部家风建设进行制度性介入,完善监督考核机制。The family tradition of leading cadres which is not personal matters and family affairs affects the style of CPC, government and society. To strengthen the construction of family tradition of leading cadres is the important content of the implementation about roundly and strictly managing the Party in the new situations. With realistically speaking, the family tradition of leading cadres is generally good. In the meantime, there are problems which come from family tradition of leading cadres. The family corruption is the result because the family is not incorrect. From the cultural perspective, the residual influence of feudalism is an important incentive; from the behavior perspective, the ideological transformation is the main cause; from the institutional mechanisms, lack of supervision and evaluation mechanism is a provocative factor. Therefore, there are three methods to strengthen the construction of family tradition of leading cadres： to diligently create a good family cultural environment; leading cadres live by a higher standard; to provide institutional intervention and perfect the supervision and evaluation mechanism for the construction of family tradition of leading cadres.
