摘  要:对散状物料流动性的准确测量是合理设计储运及连续输送设备的基础,对整个企业的生产过程有着非常重要的作用。Jenike型剪切测试仪被广泛应用于散状物料流动性的测定。然而Jenike型剪切测试仪对实验人员的操作技巧和熟练程度有较高的要求。对Jenike剪切仪测定散状物料流动性的测试方法和步骤进行研究和分析,为实验人员在测试过程中提供理论指导。同时利用离散元软件对散状物料的剪切过程进行模拟,确定出实际剪切过程中所需要施加的合理的预剪切压应力范围,减少实验人员的工作量和实验材料的浪费,在实际的实验过程中有重要的意义。To measure the bulk materials flowability accurately is the basis for the reasonable design of the equip- ment of storage and transport and continuous conveyor, and it plays an important role in the whole enterprise pro- duction process. Jenike flow theory is introduced. Based on the analysis and research on the mechanical properties and shear principle of bulk materials, this paper introduces the test method and procedure of the Jenike shear tester to measure the bulk material fiowability. The shearing progress of granular material is also simulated using discrete element software. The curves of shear force from the simulation under the physical parameters were used,the un- dereonsolidated and overconsolidated specimens have a good consistency with the shearing theory. This method can not only describe the bulk material shearing process, but also measure the appropriate range of pre-shear compress force that we usually get through a large number of physical tests, which can reduce the workload of laboratory technicians and decrease the waste of experimental materials. As a new way to determinate the reasonable force of preeonsolidation during the measurement of bulk material flowability, it plays a significant role in the actual appli- cation.
