摘  要:碳纤维表面活性官能团较少,很难与极性聚合物相容。通过对碳纤维进行表面处理,可接枝官能团、短支链、长链结构和聚合物等,从而改变碳纤维表面的比表面积和表面极性,改善其与基体的相容性,拓展碳纤维的应用范围。本文综述了近年来国内外碳纤维改性工作的进展,比较了化学接枝法、电化学法、涂层法、表面氧化法和等离子法等改性方法对碳纤维增强复合材料界面强度的改性效果,发现利用化学接枝法可较显著地提高碳纤维的表面粗糙度。Since there are less active functional groups on the surface of carbon fiber, it is difficult for carbon fiber to be compatible with polar polymers. Based on surface treatment, the carbon fiber can be grafted with functional groups, such as short chain, long chain and polymers, which can change the specific surface area and the suface polarity of carbon fiber, and increase the compatibility of the matrix, thereby expanding the application scope of carbon fiber. This paper reviewed the development of carbon fiber modification methods both at home and abroad over the past few years, and compared the effect of different modification methods such as chemical grafting method, electrochemical method, coating method, surface oxidation method and plasma modification method on the interfacial strengthen of carbon fiber reinforced composites, and stated that the surface roughness of carbon fiber can be improved by the method of chemical grafting.
