摘  要:介绍了车内空气质量国外管控现状以及某公司车内空气设计研发体系与管控方式,即在车型构想阶段,通过材料认可筛选出低的材料与禁用材料清单,根据车型内饰零VOC部件设计构想书,对认可后的材料方案进行设计提案,通过同步研讨与模拟验证两大工具证明材料方案的可行性;最后通过零部件数据库中的大数据制定研发车零部件抽检清VOC TOP10单,即高危风险零部件清单。抽检结束后,在阶段进行实车验证,进入量产阶段通过抽检PT机制与处理机制对供应商进行一致性管控。The paper introduces the in-vihicle air quality control status of abroad and a company vihicle air design research and development system and control mode~ It is the design concept stage, through the recognition of materials selected material and disable bill of materials, low VOC based on vehicle interior parts design vision book, after approval of the material plan to carry on the design proposal, through SD discussion with simulations verify two tools to prove the feasibility of material plan; Finally through parts VOC big data in the database set research and development of parts need checking list, the highest risk parts list. After the sampling, verifies the real vehicle in PT phase, has entered into the phase of mass production by sampling and processing mechanism of consistency control suppliers.
