摘 要:选用一种典型的电流反馈型运放OPA603进行研究,设计运算电路,详细论述了电路设计原理、电路结构以及元件参数选择方法。通过外部调零的方法,解决电流反馈运放失调较大的问题;用Howland电流源设计同相积分器,或在反相积分器中加入补偿电阻的方法,避免CFA电路中不能采用直接电容反馈构成反相积分器的限制。仿真结果表明,论述的电路设计方法可行,由CFA构成的运算电路的带宽达到100 MHz数量级。A typical current feedback operational amplifier OPA603 has been chosen to research,and several operational circuits have be designed with it. This paper discusses the circuit design principle,the circuit structure and the method of selecting component parameters in detail. Though the external zero adjustment method to solve the problem of current feedback operational amplifier imbalanc ,using the Howland current source to design noninverting integrator,or adding the compensation resistance to inverting integrator which avoids the limit that inverting integrator cannot be formed by the direct capacitive feedback. The simulation results show that the method of circuit design is feasible, and the bandwidth of operational circuits composed of CFA reach 100 MHz.
