摘 要:为了便于实际项目需要,设计了一种低成本、易集成的光谱强度测量系统。采用线阵CCD器件TSL1401作为光电转换器件,以FPGA芯片EP1C3T100C8作为采集系统的控制核心,ARM芯片STM32F103RCT6作为数据传输通道与上位机通信,通过LabVIEW上位机模块完成采集数据的实时显示。实验结果表明,系统可以明显区分不同条纹物体,结果符合理论预期,系统稳定高效,可广泛应用于光谱的实时快速准确测量。To facilitate the requirements of actual project, an inexpensive and integratable measuring system spectral intensity is designed. It adopts linear array CCD device TSL1401 as optoelectronic conversion device, and sets FPGA chip EP1C3T100C8 as the control core for collection system, while ARM chip STM32F103RCT6 is used as the data transmission channel for realizing to communicate with upper computer. And the real-time display of collection data will be completed through the module of LabVIEW. The experimental result shows that the system can distinguish the different fringe objects obviously, which meets the expectation of theory. This system is stably and efficiently to be applied for real-tlme and fast spectral measurement with accuracy.
