摘　　要：制备了具有速剥离性能的人造革粘结层二液型聚氨酯树脂。选择相对分子质量不同的AA-1,4-BG型聚酯多元醇混合使用,其质量比为80∶20时;辛酸亚锡和自制架桥促进剂LDP-0626质量比为5∶100,可以达到速剥离效果;硅油添加量为树脂固含量1%,二甲苯加入量为6%,DMF加入量为17%时,可满足作业性要求。An artificial leather adhesive layer two - component polyurethane resin with quick release properties was prepared. The rusult show that polyester polyols were polybutylene adipate 1,4 -butanediol diol, respectively, and its mass ratio is 80：20; the mass ratio of stannous octoate and self - made bridging accelerator LDP - 0626 was 5g： 100, the speed peeling effect can be achieved;When the addition amount of silicone resin solids content of 1% ,the amount of xylene was added 6% ,DMF was added in an amount of 17% to meet job requirements.
