摘 要:在影响生态系统群落生物量和土壤理化性质的因素中,坡向是一个重要的间接因子,而在喀斯特地区分析坡向对土壤理化性质,对生态系统生物量的影响,对于理解喀斯特地区生态系统退化的机制具有一定的意义。本文以位于贵州省石阡县的黄荆灌丛和茅草草丛两个喀斯特自然生态系统为研究对象,分析了土壤理化性质和群落优势物种地上部分生物量在不同坡向间和不同生态系统间的差异性,以及两者的相关关系。结果表明:在灌丛生态系统中,阳坡全氮和有机质显著低于阴坡和半阳坡;在草丛生态系统,全氮含量阳坡显著高于阴坡,而全磷含量在阴坡最高;在黄荆灌丛生态系统,群落生物量与测定的土壤理化性质间没有相关性,而优势物种中只有黄荆总生物量与土壤全氮、pH值、有机碳显著正相关;在草丛生态系统茅草物量与土壤全磷显著正相关,与土壤全氮显著负相关,野古草生物量与土壤全氮显著正相关,地瓜总生物量与土壤pH值显著正相关。Two typical Karst ecosystems, Vitexnegundo shrub and Imperata cylindrical grassland, were selected as the research objects located in Shiqian country, Tongren city, Guizhou province. By analyzing the relationships between biomass of dominant species and community and soil physical and chemical properties in these two ecosystems, the results shows that: there is no significant relationship between the biomass of ecosystem and soil properties of shrub ecosystem; community biomass is irrelevant with environmental factors and the total biomass of Vitex negundo shrub is related to the average biomass, total soil nitrogen, pH, soil bulk density and organic carbon; the total biomass is connected with the total soil nitrogen; dominant species total thatched biomass is relevant with the total soil phosphorus; total biomass of Arundinella hirta is related to total soil nitrogen, total biomass of sweet potato is relevant with of biomass in two system are related to the total soil nitrogen, and the total phosphorus.
