摘　　要：图书盘点是图书馆的一项常规工作,文章通过应用RFID手持盘点设备对宁夏医科大学图书馆馆藏图书进行盘点,对盘点结果进行分析比对,提出解决盘点工作实践中所遇到的问题及摆脱困局的思路与方法。挖掘RFID技术在图书馆工作中的应用潜力,完善软件功能、实现动态更新典藏数据,将图书盘点、剔旧、定位、调拨等突击性工作与常规性架位整理工作进行整合,对提高图书馆工作效率与服务质量具有一定的实践指导意义。Book inventory is a routine work of the library, but it is time consuming with low accuracy and difficult to achieve a comprehensive inventory if carried out in the traditional way. This article, applying RFID handheld equipment, makes a book inventory in Ningxia Medical University Library, analyzes and compares the inventory results, and puts forward some suggestions on solving the problems in practice. It has a certain guiding significance to improve the work efficiency and service quality in the following aspects： mining the RFID application potential in library work, improving the function of the software and realizing the dynamic updating of data collection, integrating the assault work such as weeding, positioning, allocation of collections with regular shelf arrangement work, improve the library work efficiency and service quality, etc.
