摘　　要：中国共产党在长期的革命和实践过程中逐渐形成了以社会主义核心价值观为代表的道德观。在我国的廉政建设中要充分认识道德观对个体的约束作用,同时正确认识自我约束与他律之间的关系,重视廉政的道德机制建设,努力实现干部清正、政府清廉、政治清明的目标。本文论述了道德机制建设的必要性以及在促使党员干部廉洁从政方面如何发挥重要作用。Through the long revolution and practice,The Communist Party of China has formed the moral values epresented by the socialist core values gradually. It is important that the moral constraints to an individualin.at the same time,it is necessary to understand the relationship between moral autonomy and heteronomy ,pay attention to the construction of the moral mechanism, to achieve the goals of anti-corruption. This paper discusses the necessity of the construction of moral mechanism and how to act an important role in the promotion of Party members and cadres.
