摘　　要：运用互联网对地震预警信息发布的相关问题进行社会调查。通过对调查结果的分析,认为地震预警信息的发布主体应具有较高的权威性,由专业的技术机构承担较为恰当;信息内容应当"简明,便于理解",既要满足公众的直观理解又要起到明确的警示作用;发布范围在包含可能造成人身伤害的地区的同时,周边地区应做适当辐射;发布手段应尽可能涵盖当前社会上的所有传播手段。对于地震预警信息可能出现的失误,不仅过半的公众表示了理解,而且这种失误还有可能转化为一种潜在的积极因素。最后,要想使地震预警真正起到减轻地震灾害的现实效果,还需要大力开展科普宣传和演练,努力提高国民地震应急避险意识。We have carried out a large number of network social investigations on the issues related to the earthquake early warning information release. The results show that the publication of earthquake warning information should be the authority of the technology or administration; the content of information should be concise and understandable; the publication range should be centered around areas that may cause per- sonal injury, and the surrounding area should be appropriately radiation; the means of publishing should cover all communication means as far as possible. For earthquake early warning information may be an er- ror, more than half of the public expressed understanding, furthermore this error may be transformed into a positive factor. Finally, in order to make the earthquake early warning system to reduce the real effect of the earthquake disaster, it is also needed to carry out scientific propaganda and emergency exercise, and improve the people＇s earthquake emergency hedge awareness.
