摘　　要：通过对昭通市、鲁甸县地震局及其他政府机关、企业单位的实地调研、访谈,详细了解了地震应急预案在鲁甸地震应急救援过程中起到的作用,同时根据当事人对本次地震应急救援响应过程中地震应急预案存在的问题的介绍进行了总结归纳,结论可以作为市县级地震应急预案修改完善的一个参考。According to the investigation and interview to the Zhaotong and Ludian county seismological bureau and other government agencies, enterprise, and detailed understanding of the earthquake contin- gency plan in the Ludian earthquake emergency response process played a role. We make a summary of the existing problems of the parties to the earthquake contingency plan in the earthquake emergency response. This conclusion can be used as a reference for the revision and improvement of the earthquake contingency plan at county level.
