HPLC测定万通筋骨片中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定万通筋骨片中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的分析方法。方法采用Thermo Syncronis C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.05mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调节pH=3.0)(5∶95)为流动相,等度洗脱,体积流量1.0m L·min^(-1),柱温30℃;检测波长210nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱进样量分别在0.04578~0.9156μg(r=1)和0.02144~0.4288μg(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为95.6%,97.6%,RSD分别为0.93%,0.80%。结论本实验为万通筋骨片质量评价提供了简单、有效的方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneously determining two components （ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride） in Wantong Jingu tablets by RP-HPLC. METHODS The exper- iments were performed with Thermo Syncronis C ls column （250mm × 4. 6mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase was acetoni- trile-0.05 tool · L^- 1 potassium phosphate monobasic solution （ p H = 3.0 ） （ 5：95 ）, the flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-1 And the column temperature was maintained at 30℃. The detection wavelength was set at 210nm. RESULTS These two constituents showed a good linear relationship in range of 0. 04578 - 0. 9156μg （r = 1 ） for ephedrine hydrochlo- ride,0. 02144- 0. 4288μg （r =0. 9999） for pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. The average recoveries of this method （ n = 6） were 95.6% ,97.6% , and RSDs value were 0. 93% , 0. 80% , respectively. CONCLUSION This experi- ment provides a simple and effective method that can be used to evaluate the quality of Wantong Jingu tablets.
