摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜治疗急性化脓性胆囊炎合并胆囊颈结石嵌顿的可行性和安全性。方法:对我科2013年1月~2016年7月收治腹腔镜手术治疗的急性化脓性胆囊炎合并胆囊颈结石嵌顿32例患者临床资料进行回顾分析。结果:32例患者中31例腹腔镜治疗成功,1例中转开腹。所有患者围手术期间无出血、胆漏等严重并发症的发生,门诊随访3个月无异常。结论:腹腔镜治疗急性化脓性胆囊炎合并胆囊颈结石嵌顿临床上安全可行,值得推广。Objective：To assess the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） for acute suppurative cholecystitis complicated with gallbladder calculi incarceration.Methods： Clinical data were reviewed in 32 cases of acute suppurative cholecystitis complicated with gallbladder calculi incarceration treated with LC in our hospital between January 2013 and July 2016.Results： LC were successfully completed in 31 patients,and another one was converted to laparotomy.No serious complications,including perioperative bleeding and bile leakage,occurred in all patents,and follow-up in 3 month on outpatient basis showed no other complications.Conclusion： LC may be feasible and safe for acute suppurative cholecystitis with gallbladder calculi incarceration and worthy of clinical recommendation.
