28关节超声评分法在类风湿关节炎病情评估中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨28关节超声评分法在类风湿关节炎中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析30例类风湿关节炎患者的28关节超声评分值,将其与血沉(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、28个关节疾病活动度评分(DAS28)、患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)进行对比分析。结果:28关节超声评分结果与上述各项指标之间存在正相关。结论:28关节超声评分法可为临床判断类风湿关节炎的病情提供较可靠的依据。Objective： To assess the 28-joint ultrasonic score（US28） for rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods： Retrospective analysis was performed in 30 cases of RA undergone US28 scoring,and the scores were calculated and compared with erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）,C-reactive protein（CRP）,DAS28 and VAS scoring.Results： The US28 scores were positively correlated with the indicators aforementioned.Conclusion： The US28 score may be reliable assessment for the severity of RA in clinic.
