Influence of Crystallization Temperature on Microstructure and Properties of Mica Glass-ceramics Prepared from Granite Tailings

摘  要:以花岗岩废渣为主要原料,用熔融法制备了R_2O-MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-F(RMASF)系云母微晶玻璃。采用DSC、XRD、SEM、万能试验机等测试方法研究了晶化温度对RMASF系微晶玻璃的晶相组成、显微结构以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:在817℃晶化2 h的试样析出单一的氟金云母晶体,在960℃、1 021℃、1 086℃和1 141℃下晶化2 h的试样其晶相组成为氟金云母和少量的m-ZrO_2。随着晶化温度的升高,层状氟金云母晶粒逐渐长大且交错程度增高,其四点抗弯强度、断裂韧性先增大后减小。经660℃核化1 h、1 086℃晶化2 h的试样其四点抗弯强度为97.2 MPa、断裂韧性为1.85 MPa·m^(1/2)、显微硬度为3.95 GPa、脆性指数为3.77mm^(-1),其综合性能最佳。The influence of crystallization temperature on crystallization phases, microstructure and mechanical properties of R2O-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-F(RMASF) system mica glass-ceramics prepared from granite railings as mainraw material with melting technique was investigated by methods of DSC, XRD, SEM and all-purpose electronic tester, etc. The results showed that the crystalline phase composition of single Fluorphlogopite at 817 ℃ for 2 h, However, Fluorphlogopite and a small amount of m-ZrO2 at 960 ℃, 1021 ℃, 1086℃ and 1141% for 2 h. Improving crystallization temperature can increase the grain sizes and aspect ratio of Fluorphlogopite gradually, interleaving degree increased, the fracture toughness and four-point bending strength both increase at first and then decrease. The four-point flexural strength, the Vicker's microhardness, the fracture toughness and the friability index measurement indicated that the sample, displayed excellent machinability, nucleated at 660℃ for lh and crystallized at 1086 % for 2 h reached 97.2 MPa, 3.95 GPa, 1.85 MPa·m1/2and 3.77 μ·m-1, respectively.
