摘　　要：分析了2016年11月13日汉钢1号炉炉壳烧穿的原因,认为冷却壁寿命到期、焦炭质量差、冷却强度不足、炉体热流强度监控不到位、高炉操作等综合因素是导致高炉在冷却壁修复和喷涂造衬以后仅20天时间就烧穿的主要原因。This paper analyzes the causes of the furnace lining of configuration No.1 boiler of November 13, 2016, concludes that the life of cooling stave, poor quality of coke, inadequate cooling strength, inadequate monitoring of heat flux of furnace body and operation of blast furnace are the main reasons for the cooling of blast furnace in 20 days.
