摘　　要：勘查区位于天水市城区西南130°方向46.0 km处,属甘肃省天水市秦州区娘娘坝乡管辖。勘查区位于秦岭构造带北缘,次级构造为党川-李子园复背斜的转折端。属于秦岭金多金属成矿带,为天水李子园金多金属矿成矿集中区。勘查区地层主要有下元古界秦岭群(Pt_1Qn)、下古生界李子园群(Pz_1Lz)。主要含矿地层为下元古界秦岭群第二岩组,矿体产在以黑云母石英片岩为主夹白色黑云母斜长片麻岩地层中。矿床成因属于中低温热液交代型金矿。Exploration area is located in the 130° direction 46.0 km south-west of tianshui city, gansu tianshui qin state empress darn township jurisdiction.Exploration area is located in northern qinling belt, secondary structure for the sichuan - plum orchard anticlinorium twist. Belong to Qin Lingjin polyrnetallic metallogenic belt, for tianshui plum orchard gold poly-metallic metallogenic clusters.Exploration zone formation are mainly under the yuan ancient world Qin Lingqun plum orchard （PtlQn） lower palaeozoic era group （PzlLz）. The main ore-bearing strata as the proterozoic Qin Lingqun second petrofabrie, orebody in predominantly black mica quartz schist white biotite plagioclase gneiss formatlon.Genesis belongs to fluid replacement （medium to low temperature type gold deposit）.
