精细化护理模式对剖宫产产妇康复及产科护理质量的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化护理模式对剖宫产产妇康复及产科护理质量的应用效果。方法选取本院行剖宫产手术的产妇120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例,对照组产妇给予常规产科护理,观察组则在对照组的基础上实施精细化护理,分析比较2组剖宫产产妇的康复情况及产科护理效果。结果观察组产妇手术时间、切皮到胎儿分娩出的时间及术后排气时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.01);经护理后,观察组产妇SAS评分和SDS评分较护理前显著降低(P<0.01),观察组产妇SAS评分和SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组产妇术后并发症发生率为8.33%,显著低于对照组的23.33%(P<0.05);观察组产妇术后1d疼痛评分和新生儿阿氏评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组孕妇对护理工作的满意度为93.33%,显著高于对照组的78.33%(P<0.05);观察组产妇48 h内开始泌乳和泌乳量充足的分别占96.67%和80.00%,显著高于对照组的71.67%和61.67%(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理模式可显著提高剖宫产术的手术效率和剖宫产产妇的护理满意度,有效改善产妇焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,降低术后并发症的发生率,有利于减轻产妇术后疼痛程度和促进产妇术后早期泌乳,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing model in the reha- bilitation and nursing quality of cesarean section puerperae. Methods A total of 120 cesarean section puerperae in our hospital were divided into control group （60 cases） and observation group （60 eases）. The control group received routine obstetric care, and the observation group implemented refined care on the basis of the control group. The maternal recovery and the effect of obstetric care of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The time of operation, the time of skin incision and the time of the postoperative exhaust time of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group（P 〈0.01 ）. After nursing, SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than nursing before（P 〈 0.01 ）. The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was 8.33% , significantly lower than 23.33% in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The pain score on 1 day after surgery and the score of the newborn were significantly better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. The total amount of lactation and lactation in the 48 hours of the observation group were 96.67% and 80% respective- ly, significantly higher than 71.67%, 61.67% of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Re- fined nursing mode can significantly improve the operation efficiency of the caesarean operation and the satisfaction, effectively improve maternal anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, reduce the incidence of complications after the operation, which is beneficial to reduce the pain and promote the postoperative early lactation, so it is worthy of clinical application.
