摘 要:内置式永磁电机通常采用转子削弧的方式以减小齿槽转矩。基于偏心式和正弦式削弧,分析比较了不同工艺误差对齿槽转矩的影响。以12槽8极电机为例,介绍了转子的不同削弧方式并计算出理想状况下的基本电磁性能。针对生产过程中的永磁体不一致性和定子铁心内圆度偏差,推导出此极槽配合下最敏感的工艺误差分布。进一步应用有限元方法分析了上述误差分布下的附加齿槽转矩分量,以明确不同削弧方式对工艺误差的敏感性差异。最后,设计制作了具有不同工艺误差的样机,并进行试验验证。Rotor shaping methods were frequently employed to reduce the cogging torque in interior permanent magnet (IPM) machines. This paper investigated and compared the influence of manufacturing tolerances on cogging torque in IPM machines with eccentric and sinusoidal rotor contours. Two 12-slot/8-pole IPM machine models were established and the fundamental performance under ideal conditions was presented. Based on the most sensitive distributions of non-ideal PMs and assembly tooth-bulges, additional cogging torque components were calculated respectively, together with a comparative study to identify the different sensitivities between the two rotor contour designs. For verification, the prototypes with and without amplified tolerances were fabricated and tested.
